The best part of our training schedule is that it is easy to follow for the age group of 6 to 18 years. We follow a step-by-step exercise routine, which rightly molds budding players and improves their personal performance.  

Running and Endurance Drills

We don’t believe in preaching! We experience things to accept them. Our practice sessions are designed for faster and longer-duration practice. To improve strength and stamina, we use shuttle runs and interval sprints. Both these exercises help players stay alert and ready during the entire match. 

Strength Training

Our strength training activities are ideal for young players, keeping things simple yet impactful. It includes: 

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • And push-ups

These exercises focus on developing muscle strength, allowing players to kick harder and stay steady while competing for the ball. Additionally, strong muscles prevent injuries.

Balance and Coordination Exercises 

Balance is the key that stabilizes young athletes, helps them maintain control, and avoids falls during the game. All this and much more, we achieve by including easy yet effective activities like: 

  • One leg standing
  • Walking along lines or Top-toe walking

Soccer Agility Drills for Youth

Agility is the ability to change directions while keeping speed intact. We conduct specific soccer agility drills for youth, supporting them with guided techniques to move swiftly. Some of our key drills are as follows: 

1. Cone Drills– player runs around cones in various directions, which helps them be quick while changing directions. 

2. Ladder Drills– kids jump in and out of a sports ladder that lies on the floor.  It works on enhancing foot speed and coordination. 

3. Box Drills– to develop the skill and speed of taking sharp turns without falling or messing. An effective practice that helps change direction quickly and effortlessly.   

Building Endurance Safely

A soccer match is 90 minutes long. This is why budding players need to have enough endurance for high-level performance throughout the match. With our systematic approach, we work on building endurance- one step at a time. This way, little learners learns without getting tired and avoiding injuries too.
